WE CAN CONTACT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went insane when they told us, can't knock doors or go to malls, but for sure gonna talk to everyone in Clementi area!
Love it here, Elder Wang is such a beast, so funny, and Chinese, he cracks me up.
Had a slow week, investigator was sick and Hua Yong, our other, is doing okay. Not going to be able to see anyone this coming week though for Chinese New Year, but we'll just have to contact now! I ain't even mad.
Had a killer Zone Meeting about talking to everyone and felt the Spirit so strong, Elder McCarthy and Hunsaker are some of the best Elders and are leading this Zone so well. I am so grateful to serve with them. We just have to stop worrying and aspiring to the honors of men. And just put our trust in the arm of God and not care what they all think and how they deny us. We got A LOT of that this week, but it feels good to contact again.
Elder Wang and I are focusing on Less Actives in this ward and contacting on the way to their homes. we have about 200 Less active Members so we have a lot of work cut out for us. Focusing on opening our mouths at all times.
This past week, I went on exchanges with Elder McCarthy and he is such a BOSS! We went and contacted in Chinese Gardens for two hours and had nooo success. so we were pretty down and started to hop on the MRT, but talked to a guy outside. Didn't want. But a guy called us over and wanted to talk, and he wanted to listen. He more or less wanted to convert us, but he wanted to meet. But as he left, another guy came and sat down and was just like, "teach me". So we were like, CAN! Way interested guy, hopefully can meet with him this week. But such a sweet tender mercy of the Lord. He truly does guide us.
